Remote energy healing & channelled guidance

A personalised experience combining intuitive energy work and channelled insight, offering space for reconnection, reflection and a deeper understanding of yourself.

We begin with a brief zoom call to connect, discuss your intentions and chat through how the session will unfold.

You’ll then settle into your quiet, comfortable space of your own as we disconnect from the call and the healing begins.

The energy work unfolds intuitively, typically lasting between 30 – 40 minutes.

At the end of the session, I invite you to take some quiet time to rest and integrate the experience.

A personal voice recording will follow, sharing the impressions, insights and guidance that arose during our time together.

Each session is unique, allowing space for your own experience to unfold.

At this time, I am offering limited 1:1 sessions on Saturdays.
